Cars and Coffee 05.01.2010 with Trusty..

went off to cars and coffee this weekend. not usually my deal, lots of ice cars, but way too much attitude, and delusions of grandeur. but mine still isnt running, and i had the opportunity to take Trusty down to the event. Trusty, as we all lovingly call her, is a 66' beetle that spent a good amount of its life in Florida. slammed on its nuts, and rocking a fresh built 1641 stroker motor, shes a blast to drive, and causes all sort of commotion. whether it be sitting there in all its rusted glory, or spraying sparks on the freeway at night at 60mph when you hit frost heaves in the pavement with the front lower beam..


and from what i have been able to find, it sounds like a local Porsche owner might have new bragging rights to the title of "Fastest GT2 in the World". more info when i can dig it up..
